As a mother of two young baseball players, Ahyoung has always been concerned about sport-related injuries in young athletes, and is interested in restoring the balance of the body for pain management and improved performance, as well as maintaining mental health, which can impact the overall well-being of athletes.
Also, as having a family history of allergies of all known and unknown causes, Ahyoung is very devoted to uncovering the connection between natural and acquired constitutions that contribute to issues in people’s immune systems.
In addition, Ahyoung worked as a software engineer for over 10 years before transitioning to become an acupuncturist.
This shift sparked her interest in stress, posture-related neck pain, headaches and sleep disorders.
Ahyoung takes care of each patient’s concerns with a holistic approach, by various treatments to provide care for both temporary relief and diagnosis of underlying causes.
She truly believes that our body has its own natural healing ability to rebalance itself and cares deeply for every individual patient’s needs to maintain a balanced life, mentally and physically (body & mind).
Ahyoung specializes in treating neck pain, particularly in relation to migraines and headaches, as well as lower back pain.
Additionally, she has a keen interest in managing allergies and digestive issues.
