An active person herself, Carmen is passionate about movement without pain and using holistic treatments that are appropriate and beneficial to the body’s quality of life. She graduated from American Massage and Bodywork Institute (AMBI) in Vienna, VA at the top of her class. Carmen has worked with the NFL’s Washington Commanders and the University of Maryland football team.
Carmen has an extensive background in art and has been working as a freelance artist and taught high school art for 19 years
